Q: Are there any Shipping charges on Zilpinz Products?

 

A: All the products are priced inclusive of taxes and shipping. The price you see is the price you will have to pay. No additional shipping costs will be charged (except for orders outside the country)

  

 

Q: Does Zilpinz provide Cash on Delivery service? And is there any charge?

 

A: Yes! Zilpinz does provide COD feature on all products. No extra charge needs to be paid.

 

 

Q: Does Zilpinz deliver outside India?

 

A: We currently do not have a provision on the website to accommodate international orders; however we will manage to get it delivered. Please go to the international orders section and provide the product information, shipping address, email etc. and we will get back to you with the Final Price and delivery details. For further details you may contact info@zilpinz.com. We will be accommodating the international delivery shipping option on the website in a few months.

 

 

Q: What are the charges for delivering outside India?

 

A: For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed. International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed. Other than this the product and shipping cost will be mailed after an order.

 

 

Q: How long does it take for Zilpinz to deliver?

 

A: You will receive your product within 7-8 days. As much as we would like to get it delivered immediately some products are sourced from the artisans and may take some time. Most products will be dispatched only after crossing the 24 hr cancellation time which we provide (this is to cancel the order if needed). Upon dispatch the order should reach within 2-3 days for most major cities, 
Some products and artforms like Bidriware, Banana Fibre crafts etc. are made upon request and may take anywhere between 12-15 working days to reach the customer depending on the time taken by the artisans, although Zilpinz will try getting it delivered sooner. This is made unique for you and must acknowledged and respected.

Q: Do Zilpinz products have any additional charges, like sales tax, octroi etc.?

 

A: No. There are no additional charges to any of our products as everything is price inclusive, however certain states may charge an octroi,sales tax on top of our price. This will have to be paid by you to the concerned delivery person in the state.

 

Q: Does Zilpinz allow change of shipping address after the order has been placed?

 

A: Yes, you will be able to make modification to the shipping address as long as the product is under process, and yet to leave for delivery. Unfortunately, once the product leaves for delivery, we will not be able make any changes to the shipping address.

 

 

Q: How do I track my shipment of Zilpinz products?

 

A: We will inform you by email as soon as the products are out for delivery, with parcel tracking information. You will be able to track the parcel with this information.

 

 

Q: What if I miss to receive the parcel?

 

A: Our logistics partner will confirm with you about your parcel before going for a delivery. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery. An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to us. Our representative will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.

 

 

Q: Does Zilpinz allow cancelation of purchased products?

 

A: Yes, We give 24 hrs for cancellation of product. Any cancellations after that will not be considered. Cancellations of products paid by credit/debit card or net banking will have a penalty to cover the transaction loss. In such cases do write to us at support@zilpinz.com or call us at 9740146120 and we will assist you with the process. Once the product has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

 

Q: Can Zilpinz cancel the order of any products?

 

A: Zilpinz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% refund will be processed and the user will be informed of the same.

 

 

Q: In case of damaged product, what will Zilpinz do?

 

A: We do a quality check before dispatch, however even after that if you see a damaged parcel, please do not accept it and inform us immediately by emailing us at support@zilpinz.com.

 

 

Q: How do I return or exchange a damaged product?

 

A: Generally all our products go through a strict quality check. In case of wrong product delivered or genuine damage in product, kindly keep the product wrapped and unopened. Send us a picture to support@zilpinz.com within 36 hours from delivery. We accept returns within 5 days from receiving the product within India. For International Orders we accept returns within 8 days of receiving the product.

 

 

Q: What are the different conditions for which refund on Product is applicable?

 

A: We provide refund on Product only for some conditions which are :

 

The product delivered was damaged. (This does not include small changes in design as seen differently on our website, small scratches etc. This is because all the products are hand made and are susceptible to variation even on the smallest scale.)

 

Wrong item was delivered

 

NOTE: If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost will be paid by the user.

 

 

Q: How do I get a refund if there is an issue with my Zilpinz product?

 

A: If you are not happy with Zilpinz product, please do write to us at support@zilpinz.com or call us at We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back to us. We have few options on mode of refund:

 

1. We will refund the product amount through net banking. We will need your account details which you may send us via email at support@zilpinz.com

                                                                             OR

2. We will issue a discount of the same amount on your future purchases on Zilpinz.com.

                                                                             OR

3. You may use it as a Gift card.

 

In case product is out of stock, we will refund full product amount or replace with new product of same value according to customers choice

 

All of the above is valid for 3 months upon which it will be discarded.

 

The customer will have to bear the return shipping and additional new delivery costs if product is of same value. This will be sent across to your mail.

 

Note - Indian Rupees, Rs., Rupees, ₹, INR represent currency of India. This is applicable only for Indian Customers. International Customers can pay in Indian Rupees or alternate currency available as a choice during Payment.
